Job summary

Pediatric Developmental Services (PDS) in Hawaii seeks a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) to work with children in a pediatric setting. You will assess, diagnose, and treat communication disorders, delivering individualized services and family-centered care in a supportive environment.

You will join an interdisciplinary team including OTs, PTs, and mental health professionals, with a built-in mentorship program, ongoing CEUs, and licensure reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
• ASHA CCC-SLP certification.
• Active state SLP license; licensing support provided if not yet licensed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, individualized services based on pediatric needs and therapy plans.
• Conduct evaluations, write reports, and monitor progress in articulation, language, fluency, pragmatics, and feeding (if applicable).
• Collaborate with families and care teams to support developmental goals.
• Create a positive, supportive therapy experience for each child.
