Job summary

Pediatric Developmental Services (PDS) is seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) to support pediatric clients. You’ll evaluate, treat, and monitor progress, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to maximize outcomes.

The role offers mentorship, ongoing CEUs, and a supportive work environment designed for work-life balance, with a focus on family-centered care and professional development in areas like AAC, early intervention, or bilingual therapy.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
• ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP).
• Active state SLP license.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, individualized services based on pediatric needs and therapy plans.
• Conduct evaluations, write reports, and monitor progress in articulation, language, fluency, pragmatics, and feeding (if applicable).
• Collaborate with families and care teams to support developmental goals.
• Create a positive, supportive therapy experience for each child.
