Job summary

Pediatric Developmental Services (PDS) is hiring a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) to join our pediatric team for the 2026-2027 school year. In this role you will evaluate and treat children, collaborate with families and a multidisciplinary team, and participate in mentorship programs and ongoing CEUs while enjoying a predictable schedule and benefits package.

We also provide licensure support, ASHA dues reimbursement, and a 12-month salary distribution to support professional

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
  • ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP) required.
  • Active state SLP license required. Licensing team can assist if not yet licensed.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality, individualized pediatric speech-language pathology services.
  • Conduct evaluations, write reports, and monitor progress in articulation, language, fluency, pragmatics, and feeding (if applicable).
  • Collaborate with families and care teams to support developmental goals.
  • Create a positive, supportive therapy experience for each child.
