Job summary

Pediatric Developmental Services (PDS) is seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) to work with children in a supportive pediatric setting. The role emphasizes developmental and therapeutic needs with a predictable weekday schedule.

You will collaborate with OTs, PTs, and mental health professionals, receive mentorship, access CEUs, and benefit from company contributions to health, retirement, and licensure reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
• ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP).
• Active state SLP license.
• Our licensing team can help guide you through licensure if not yet licensed in the state.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, individualized services based on pediatric needs and therapy plans.
• Conduct evaluations, write reports, and monitor progress in articulation, language, fluency, pragmatics, and feeding (if applicable).
• Collaborate with families and care teams to support developmental goals.
• Create a positive, supportive therapy experience for each child.

Pediatric Developmental Services (PDS) is hiring a dedicated and qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) for a full-time pediatric position.
