Job summary

American Senior Communities seeks a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to deliver independent speech-language services for residents at Arbor Grove Village in Greensburg, IN. You will evaluate patients, create and adjust treatment plans, and contribute to discharge planning and case management.

The Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) implements independently skilled speech-language services for patients, caregivers and centers in accordance with the principles and practices of speech-language pathology and with ASC Therapies and Wellness policies and procedures. Evaluates patients, develops initial and ongoing treatment plans, develops discharge plans, and contributes to case management.
