Ben Hur Health & Rehab/Hickory Creek at Crawfordsville is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to implement skilled speech-language services for patients in all ASC Therapies & Wellness settings, in accordance with the principles and practices of speech-language pathology and within the policies and procedures.

You will evaluate patients, develop initial and ongoing treatment plans, and develop discharge plans while contributing to case management and ensuring compliance with state regulations.
