At Seven Hills Foundation's Crotched Mountain School, you won't simply treat speech and language disorders—you will help children with severe neurodevelopmental and intellectual disabilities communicate their needs, express their emotions, build meaningful relationships, and experience greater independence by helping them unlock their true potential.
Our students have some of the most complex communication needs in New England. Many are non-speaking or minimally speaking, rely on AAC devices, require 1:1 support, and may communicate through challenging behaviors. Each day is filled with opportunities to uncover unmet communication needs and help students discover safer, more effective ways to express themselves.
Nestled in New Hampshire's beautiful Monadnock region, Crotched Mountain School offers a therapeutic and adventure-based environment for learners. Our expansive campus features hiking trails, lakes, an Olympic-sized pool, a media center, a bowling alley, and a panoramic library — all designed to help students grow socially, academically, and emotionally.
Over the past several years, Seven Hills has been revitalizing this historic program: expanding services, welcoming new students, and building a passionate team of clinicians, educators, and caregivers who make extraordinary things possible for youth with neurodevelopmental disabilities.
