Milestone Health and Rehabilitation in Littleton, CO is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for a full-time role. You will join our in-house team, creating and implementing programs to meet patient needs while receiving strong orientation, training, and ongoing support as we grow.

The position involves conducting screenings, evaluations, and delivering rehabilitative care in line with regulatory standards. Licensure as an SLP is required; new grads are welcome to apply.

Qualificações

Responsabilidades

• Conduct effective screening and evaluation of patients with physical functioning disorders and/or wound care, developing appropriate care plans adhering to regulatory and clinical standards.
• Deliver rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment interventions to patients with physical functioning disorders and/or wound care, in accordance with regulatory and clinical practice requirements.
• The role involves regular standing and walking throughout the facility and occasional lifting, transferring, and repositioning of patients and equipment. Physical demands vary throughout the day based on patient care needs.
• Administer various procedures as part of the rehabilitation plan, including manual techniques, ambulation, therapeutic exercises, modalities, use of supportive and assistive devices, and wound care.
• Provide consultation and counseling to patients, families, caregivers, and other service providers regarding physical disorders.
• Generate comprehensive discharge summaries of services provided, ensuring compliance with regulatory and clinical requirements.

We are excited to announce our growth in Colorado and are currently seeking passionate Speech-Language Pathologists to join our in-house crew at Milestone Health and Rehabilitation in Littleton, CO. As a therapy professional on our team, you will have the freedom to create and implement programs to best meet the needs of your patients. Our therapy team expansion will be a sharp focus, and you will receive strong orientation, training and on-going support as we grow!
