Job summary

Chestnut Hill Lodge in Wyndmoor, PA is seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our in-house rehabilitation team. You will evaluate and treat residents with speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to improve quality of life.

Qualifications

• Licensed or eligible for Pennsylvania SLP licensure.
• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Experience in skilled nursing/long-term care preferred.
• Familiarity with Net Health and PCC is a plus.
• Strong communication, organizational, and clinical skills.
• Team-oriented professional who works with geriatric population.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat residents with speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders.
• Develop individualized treatment plans to promote independence and improve quality of life.
• Collaborate with physical, occupational, and nursing staff.
• Provide patient and family education to support outcomes.
• Maintain accurate documentation using Net Health and PCC.

What We’re Looking For

• Current Pennsylvania Speech-Language Pathologist license or eligibility for licensure.
