Job summary

Care Pavilion Nursing & Rehab Center in Philadelphia, PA is hiring a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time position. CFY candidates are welcome to apply and will join a collaborative rehabilitation team focused on maximizing residents' communication, cognitive, and swallowing abilities.

You will work with physicians, nursing staff, and families, develop individualized treatment plans, and document using Net Health EMR and PCC in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology required or in CFY pathway.
• Current or eligible Pennsylvania SLP license required.
