Job summary

Bradford Hills Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is seeking a Full-Time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our in-house rehabilitation team. CFY candidates are encouraged to apply and will benefit from mentorship within a collaborative setting.

The program emphasizes interdisciplinary teamwork, modern documentation systems (Net Health, PCC), and opportunities for professional growth in a geriatric Skilled Nursing/Long-Term Care environment.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Current Pennsylvania SLP License or eligibility for licensure.
• CFY candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for serving the geriatric population in a Skilled Nursing/Long-Term Care setting.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide treatment for speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders.
• Collaborate closely with nursing, therapy, dietary, and medical teams to maximize resident outcomes.
• Educate residents, families, and caregivers throughout the rehabilitation process.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation using Net Health and PCC.
• Help residents achieve their highest level of communication, cognition, safety, and independence.
