Ampersand Therapy is hiring Speech-Language Pathologists for a school-year position in Fayetteville, NC. You will provide speech-language services in a K-12 setting, supporting students’ communication and learning outcomes. The role welcomes both experienced SLPs and Clinical Fellows (CFs), with mentorship provided.

Qualifications

• Valid North Carolina State SLP license (or ability to obtain).
• North Carolina Education License from NCDPI (eligible once have State SLP License).
• Clinical Fellows (CFs) encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• School-based experience preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language therapy services in a K-12 school setting
• Conduct assessments and write comprehensive evaluation reports
• Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams
• Support students with articulation, language, fluency, and social communication
• Partner with teachers and families to support carryover of skills
• Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records
• Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
