Jump Ahead Pediatrics in New Jersey is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist or Clinical Fellow to join our team for a full-time school-based position near Elizabeth. The role includes providing speech, language, and swallowing services in a dedicated school setting with an exclusive assignment and no travel.

We welcome CFs and recent graduates with supervision and mentoring; pay is $60–$65 per hour, with benefits and guaranteed hours, and opportunities across NJ and beyond.

Qualifications

• Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist or CF eligible in New Jersey.
• New Jersey State License required.
• New Jersey School Certification required if CF; CF candidates need school certification.

Responsibilities

• Assess and diagnose speech, language, and swallowing disorders in students
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Provide therapy sessions to support communication and language development
• Track student progress and adjust goals and treatment plans as needed
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and interdisciplinary professionals
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with school and state regulations
