Job summary

Jump Ahead Pediatrics is seeking a licensed Speech Language Pathologist or Clinical Fellow to join our school-based team near Penns Grove, NJ. This full-time role offers supervision for CFs and opportunities for growth. Hours are 8:15-3:10pm with comprehensive benefits.

We welcome graduates and CFs, providing hands-on training and direct supervision. Statewide/nationwide opportunities exist within the company, with a supportive mentoring program.

Qualifications

• Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist in NJ or enrolled CF.
• NJ School Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assessing and diagnosing speech, language, and swallowing disorders in students.
• Developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) for students.
• Providing therapy sessions to improve speech and language skills.
• Monitoring progress and adjusting therapy plans as needed.
• Collaborating with educators, parents, and other professionals.
• Maintaining accurate documentation and complying with regulations.

Setting: School-Based Services (Pediatric)

• Exclusive school placement (no travel required)
• Hours: 8:15-3:10pm
• Pay: $55-$60
• Compensation for the full school day, including prep time, note time, and lunch.
• CF will receive direct supervision
