Job summary

Edgefield Post Acute in Edgefield, SC is seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to help residents regain communication and swallowing abilities. You’ll develop individualized plans, document progress, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, resident-centered care.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required.
  • CCC-SLP license or eligibility preferred; CFY candidates encouraged.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills are essential.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and treat residents with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans to maximize independence and quality of life.
  • Assess and treat swallowing disorders to help residents eat and drink safely.
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, and families to deliver resident-centered care.

What You'll Bring Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology Current state Speech-Language Pathologist license CCC-SLP preferred (Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply!)
