Job summary

Topaz HR is seeking dedicated SLP clinicians to support and develop students' communication skills through in-person and hybrid school-based therapy. The role is based in Coachella, CA, with a full-time schedule and a compensation range of $73.00–$103.00 per hour.

You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver engaging therapy sessions while collaborating with families and educators to support IEP goals. Sign-on bonus and comprehensive health benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current state licensure or certification as a Speech Language Pathologist.
• Minimum one year of experience.
• Strong understanding of pediatric speech and language development.
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with children and families.
• Experience with early intervention strategies is preferred.
