Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Speech Language Pathologist located in Avon & Warrensville Heights, OH. Responsibilities include assessing and diagnosing speech, communication, and language disorders, developing individualized treatment plans, and providing therapy to clients. The Speech Language Pathologist will collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to support the communication needs of clients and track progress through detailed documentation and reporting.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Speech Therapy and Speech-related disorders
  • Experience addressing and treating Communication and Language Disorders
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for working with clients, families, and a multidisciplinary team
  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology and a valid state license in Ohio
  • Knowledge of therapy techniques and evidence-based practices in pediatric populations
  • Certification by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) is preferred
