The organization provides audiology, speech language therapy, and Deaf services at three area offices and through partnerships with community organizations. Role Description

This full-time, on-site Speech Language Pathologist role is based in Cincinnati, OH. The Speech Language Pathologist manages patient care at all HSDC locations and/or contract sites involving persons with suspected or known speech and/or language disorders and or aural rehabilitative needs; promotes emergent literacy and early intervention for speech, language, and learning.Conducts diagnostic evaluations, provides treatment for speech and language disorders and aural rehabilitation, and conducts speech, language, and hearing screenings as well as educational outreach in the community in accordance with HSDC policies and procedures and in line with current practice standards.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist or eligibility for licensure.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidate status.
• Strong assessment, treatment planning, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Excellent organizational and documentation skills.

• Experience working with pediatric and/or adult populations.
