Job summary

SPG Therapy & Education is a pediatric, clinician-led organization seeking Speech Language Pathologists to join a collaborative multidisciplinary team. The role emphasizes mentorship, professional growth, and meaningful collaboration across disciplines to empower children and families.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Current CA SLP license/credential or eligibility.
• Fingerprint background clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct ethically and legally defensible CA school-based services.
• Consult and collaborate with Parent/Teacher/IEP Team regarding service delivery.
• Target modification, accommodation and/or generalization of skills.
• Maintain daily therapy logs and data collection.
• Write goals in support of curricular standards for IEPs.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.

Job Responsibilities

• IEPs: Writing goals in support of curricular standards
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned

Salary - $82,000-$120,000 based on school year calendar

CFs welcome. Years of experience, specialties, and geographic regions are all considered when determining salary offers.
