Job summary

Ampersand Therapy is hiring a Speech Language Pathologist for the 2026-2027 school year in the Brooklyn Center, MN area. This is a 0.8 FTE in-person role working with an early childhood caseload (ages 3-5). The position offers competitive pay and benefits as part of a school-based program.

The role involves developing and implementing IEP goals, collaborating with teachers and families, and maintaining thorough documentation to ensure compliance and progress monitoring throughout the school year.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology.
• Active Minnesota PELSB SLP License.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC).
• Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech therapy services in the school setting.
• Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans.
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams.
• Partner with teachers and families to support carryover of skills.
• Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records.
• Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
