Job summary

Nyman Associates, Inc. seeks a compassionate school-based Speech-Language Pathologist to support students with speech, language, and communication needs.

You will assess, diagnose, and provide therapy to help them improve communication skills in collaboration with teachers, parents, and other professionals. Responsibilities include creating individualized treatment plans, developing IEP goals, and monitoring progress using data.

Qualifications

• ASHA CCCs or CF required/in process.
• State SLP license (or in process).
• Teaching certificate, or ability to obtain (if applicable).

Responsibilities

• Assess students with speech, language, and communication needs.
• Diagnose communication disorders and develop therapy plans.
• Provide evidence-based therapy and monitor progress.
• Develop IEP goals and objectives for students.
• Monitor progress and collect data.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents and related service providers.
