Ampersand Therapy is hiring a part-time Speech Language Pathologist for a caseload within Athens City Schools, Athens, AL. You will evaluate and diagnose speech and language disorders, develop individualized therapy plans, and collaborate with educators and families to support student success.

Qualifications

• Active Alabama State SLP license or eligibility.
• Alabama Professional Educator Certificate in Speech Language Pathology.
• Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• School-based experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conducts evaluations and diagnoses speech and language disorders.
• Develops IEPs and therapy plans for students.
• Implements service delivery models to meet individual needs.
• Maintains student records and progress notes.
• Collaborates with teachers and families to carry over therapy gains.
• Coordinates with other school staff and programs.
