Job summary

Favorite Healthcare Staffing seeks an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a permanent, direct-hire home health role in Bellevue, WA. You will evaluate patients, develop plans of care, provide therapy, and educate families in home settings.

Travel throughout King County is required. Earn $55-$64/hr DOE with mileage reimbursement, paid visits, documentation and travel time, plus PTO, sick leave, CE credits and licensure reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Master’s or doctoral degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Current Washington State SLP license.
• 2+ years of experience preferred.
• Home health experience preferred.
• Ability to travel throughout King County.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive speech-language pathology services according to physician orders and individualized plans of care.
• Evaluate patients and help develop and update treatment plans.
• Provide therapy and educate patients and families on in-home programs.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses and other home health professionals to coordinate patient care.
• Complete required Medicare documentation and utilize appropriate ICD-10 codes.
• Participate in QAPI and professional development activities.
