Job summary

Careage Home Health in King County seeks a Full-Time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to administer speech therapy at patients’ residences in the King County area, under physician orders and the Director of Clinical Services. FT Mon-Fri, with an hourly rate of $55-64 DOE and mileage reimbursement.

Responsibilities include comprehensive SLP services, patient and family instruction, documentation per Medicare, and care-plan collaboration.

Qualifications

• Master’s or doctoral degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Licensed to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Washington State.
• Two (2) years of experience preferred.
• Home Health experience preferred.
• Ability to travel within King County.

• Provide a full range of Speech-Language Pathology services as ordered by the patient’s physician.
• Participate with other home care personnel in patient care planning.
• Instruct patients and families in home programs.
• Comply with Medicare documentation requirements.
• Help develop and revise the plan of care as necessary.
• Advise and consult with family and other agency personnel.
• Participate in in-service programs.
• Utilize ICD-10 codes appropriately.
• Participate in QAPI activities as assigned.

We offer a competitive hourly rate for all patient visits, documentation & travel time!

• $55-64 DOE
• FT Mon-Friday
• Mileage Reimbursement IRS Rate
• King County area

Summary Of Responsibilities
