Job summary

Favorite Healthcare Staffing Inc. seeks an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time home health position in Bellevue, WA. Enjoy a permanent/direct-hire role with Monday–Friday schedules and no weekends, including mileage reimbursement and paid patient visits.

Salary ranges from $55–$64 per hour depending on experience, plus continued education, licensure reimbursement, and travel time. Candidates must have WA licensure and relevant experience in home health within King

Qualifications

• Master's or doctoral degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Current Washington State SLP license.
• 2+ years of experience preferred.
• Home health experience preferred.
• Ability to travel throughout King County.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive speech-language pathology services according to physician orders and individualized plans of care.
• Evaluate patients and help develop and update treatment plans.
• Provide therapy and educate patients and families on in-home programs.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses and other home health professionals to coordinate patient care.
• Complete required Medicare documentation and utilize appropriate ICD-10 codes.
• Participate in QAPI and professional development activities.
