Park Manor Bee Cave in Bee Cave, TX is a post-acute care facility seeking a Full Time Speech-Language Pathologist to join our in-house rehab program.

You will screen and evaluate patients, deliver rehabilitative therapy, and generate discharge summaries while collaborating with a caring team. Flagship Therapy offers a stable in-house therapy team and CAPLICO values guiding care.

Qualifications

• Speech-Language Pathologist license is required.
• New grads welcome; open to SLPs at all experience levels.

Responsibilities

• Screen and evaluate patients and develop care plans adhering to regulatory and clinical standards.
• Provide rehabilitative treatment to patients in accordance with clinical requirements.
• Administer procedures as part of the rehabilitation plan (therapeutic exercises, modalities, assistive devices, wound care).
• Provide counseling to patients, families, caregivers, and other service providers.
• Generate discharge summaries ensuring regulatory compliance.

SPEECH-LANGUAGE PATHOLOGIST - FULL TIME

Park Manor Bee Cave in Bee Cave, TX, is a post-acute care facility with long-term care, short-term care, and geriatric services provided. We can offer a stable and fun in-house therapy team to work with as well as excellent programs serving our geriatric clientele in their journey to recovery. We are currently seeking a Full Time Speech-Language Pathologist for our in-house rehab program!

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct effective screening and evaluation of patients with physical functioning disorders and/or wound care, developing appropriate care plans adhering to regulatory and clinical standards.
• Deliver rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment interventions to patients with physical functioning disorders and/or wound care, in accordance with regulatory and clinical practice requirements.
• Administer various procedures as part of the rehabilitation plan, including manual techniques, ambulation, therapeutic exercises, modalities, use of supportive and assistive devices, and wound care.
• Provide consultation and counseling to patients, families, caregivers, and other service providers regarding physical disorders.
• Generate comprehensive discharge summaries of services provided, ensuring compliance with regulatory and clinical requirements.

Qualifications

Speech-Language Pathologist license is required.

Open to SLPs at all experience levels. New Grads are welcome!
