Job summary

Central Vermont Home Health & Hospice is seeking a part-time Speech-Language Pathologist to provide one-on-one services in patients' homes across central Vermont. You will assess, plan, and deliver therapy with a focus on meaningful communication outcomes.

Qualifications

  • VT Licensed SLP in good standing.
  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
  • Graduate of ASHA-approved program.

  • Assess home-based needs and implement a plan of care.
  • Collaborate with physicians and providers to deliver care.

Your Responsibilities: As a member of our dedicated team, you'll:

  • Provide speech and language services reflecting expertise and intervention in accordance with prescribed standard speech therapy practice.
  • Effectively assess the patients’ needs in their homes and implement and execute a plan of care.
  • Collaborate with colleagues, local physicians, and community providers to provide exceptional health care to our patients.

Requirements

  • VT Licensed SLP
  • Graduate of an education institution approved by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA). Masters in Speech-Language Pathology required
  • Valid driver’s license
