Job summary

Point Quest Group is seeking a licensed Speech Language Pathologist to deliver school-based speech therapy in K–12 settings. You will perform assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide direct services aligned with IEP goals while collaborating with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to maximize student outcomes.

This full-time role offers CEU/license reimbursement, tuition assistance, and full benefits.

Qualifications

  • Current Speech Language Pathologist license in the state of service or eligibility to obtain it.
  • DOJ/FBI Live Scan background check
  • TB clearance
  • Excellent written and verbal communication

Responsibilities

  • Conduct formalized assessments to determine eligibility and level of functioning.
  • Develop and coordinate treatment plans with interdisciplinary team members.
  • Provide direct speech therapy services aligned with IEP goals.
  • Complete and maintain compliant IEPs; participate in reviews.
  • Consult with teachers and families to support generalization of communication skills.
  • Maintain accurate therapy notes, assessment data, and progress documentation.
  • Supervise and support SLPAs, including monitoring supervision hours if applicable
