Job summary

ProCare Therapy is seeking a qualified Speech-Language Pathologist for a full-time, school-based role in the Little Rock, Arkansas area. Join a collaborative team and support students’ communication goals throughout the academic year.

Responsibilities include evaluating students, developing IEPs, providing direct therapy, and collaborating with teachers and families. AR licensure or eligibility is required; CCC-SLP is preferred, CFs encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Active Arkansas SLP license or eligibility.
• CCC-SLP preferred (CFs encouraged to apply).
• Previous school-based experience is a plus.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct speech and language evaluations and re-evaluations.
• Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs).
• Provide direct therapy services to students with communication disorders.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines.

Contract Position through ProCare Therapy

ProCare Therapy is seeking a qualified and enthusiastic Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time, school-based position in the Little Rock, Arkansas area. This is a great opportunity to work with a collaborative team and support students in achieving their communication goals throughout the academic year.

Position Details:

Location: Little Rock, AR and surrounding school districts
Schedule: Full-time (35-40 hours per week)
Setting: K-12 public school environment
Start Date: Upcoming school year
Contract Type: W-2 through ProCare Therapy

• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred (CFs encouraged to apply)
• Previous school-based experience is a plus
