Job summary

ProCare Therapy is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a high school team for the 2026-2027 school year. This full-time, onsite position will evaluate and treat students, manage a caseload of about 50 high school students, and collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support communication development.

The ideal candidate holds an active SLP license and has experience in school settings with strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Active Speech-Language Pathologist license required.
• Previous school-based experience preferred.
• Experience working with high school students preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Passion for supporting student growth and communication development.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech and language evaluations, assessments, and therapy services appropriate to your credentials.
• Manage an approximate caseload of 50 high school students.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with students' IEP goals.
• Provide therapy services to support students' communication and academic success.
• Maintain accurate documentation, therapy notes, and progress reports.
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, parents, and related service providers to support student success.
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions, as appropriate.
• Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed.

Position Overview

ProCare Therapy is seeking a qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a supportive school team for the 20262027 school year. This full-time, onsite position will serve students at the high school level with an approximate caseload of 50 students.
