Job summary

ProCare Therapy is seeking a full-time, on-site Speech-Language Pathologist to support pediatric students in Centerton, Arkansas. Travel SLPs are welcome to apply, and you will be part of a supportive educational environment.

Responsibilities include assessment, diagnosis, treatment, IEP development, and collaboration with teachers, families, and staff to foster student progress. A strong emphasis on communication and teamwork will guide daily activities and meetings.

Qualifications

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology and active state licensure required.
  • ASHA CCC or CF status preferred for eligibility.
  • Experience or strong interest in pediatric and school-based settings.

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders.
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation on student progress and therapy outcomes.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support academic and social growth.
  • Educate and consult with teachers and families to carry over strategies and foster progress.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and provide recommendations for ongoing services.
  • Foster an inclusive, supportive environment so every student can thrive.
