Job summary

HealthPRO Pediatrics, a division of HealthPro Heritage, seeks a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist to join our school-based team in Colorado Springs, CO. The SLP will evaluate and treat speech, language, and related communication disorders within a collaborative multidisciplinary environment.

We offer an hourly pay of $57-$59, full benefits including medical, dental, vision, PTO, 401(k), and free CEUs, with strong support for professional growth.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • Valid state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist or licensure eligible.
  • ASHA CCC-SLP certification (preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations of speech, language, voice, and swallowing abilities using standardized tests and observations.
  • Implement evidence-based therapies for speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders; monitor and adjust treatment plans; educate and support patients and families.
  • Maintain accurate records of evaluations, progress, and treatment plans, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure effective patient care and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings as needed.

School Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Colorado Springs, CO Full-Time | School-Based | W-2 $57-$59 per hour


HealthPRO Pediatrics is seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our school-based team in Colorado Springs, Colorado. This is a great opportunity for an SLP who is passionate about helping students strengthen their communication skills, build confidence, and succeed both academically and socially.

Responsibilities


  • Patient Assessment: Conduct comprehensive evaluations of speech, language, voice, and swallowing abilities using standardized tests and clinical observations. Develop accurate diagnoses based on assessment results.

  • Treatment and Education: Implement evidence-based therapies for speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders; monitor and adjust treatment plans; educate and support patients and families on disorders, treatment strategies, and daily communication improvement.

  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of evaluations, progress, and treatment plans, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.

  • Collaboration: Work with healthcare providers to ensure effective patient care and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings as needed.


Qualifications


  • Education: Degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited institution.

  • Licensure: Valid state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist, or license eligible.

  • Certification: Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist. Certification from the American Speech-Language- Hearing Association (ASHA) (CCC-SLP).

  • Skills: Strong assessment, diagnostic, and therapeutic abilities with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in using diagnostic tools, therapy equipment, relevant software, and electronic health record systems, with a proven ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
