Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
• State licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist, or license-eligible.
• ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) preferred and current state licensure.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of speech, language, voice and swallowing.
• Implement evidence-based therapies; monitor and adjust treatment plans.
• Document evaluations, progress and treatment plans in EHR.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers in multidisciplinary teams.
