Ahava Therapy Services seeks a Full-Time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our in-house rehabilitation team at Wexford House, a 173-bed skilled nursing facility in Kingsport, TN. You will evaluate and treat residents per Medicare/Medicaid and other payer guidelines, focusing on swallowing, cognitive-communication, and language deficits.
Collaborate with nursing and interdisciplinary teams; educate residents and families; participate in care conferences and quality-improvement activities;
