Job summary

Point Quest Group is seeking a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant for a school-based role in Fort Worth, TX. The SLPA will work under the supervision of a licensed SLP to implement treatment plans and support communication development for students.

The role involves developing therapy materials for verbal and non-verbal learners, delivering targeted therapy, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to monitor progress and maintain detailed records. A TX license or eligibility is required.

Qualifications

  • Current Speech-Language Pathology Assistant license (or eligibility) in Texas.
  • DOJ/FBI background check clearance (or equivalent).
  • TB clearance.
  • Eligibility to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

  • Implement treatment plans developed by the supervising SLP.
  • Develop therapy materials for verbal and non-verbal learners (AAC devices, visual icons, communication boards).
  • Deliver speech-language therapy tailored to students’ functional levels.
  • Maintain accurate data collection, therapy notes, and documentation of student progress.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure effective service delivery.
