Lynwood Unified School District is seeking a Speech/Language Pathology Assistant to provide speech therapy support for students under the supervision of a Speech-Language Pathologist. The position supports IEP goals and conducts screenings of pre-language and language skills.

The job of Speech/Language Pathology Assistant is done for the purpose/s of providing appropriate speech therapy for students who have been identified with communication disorders to meet the individualized Education Program (IEP) goals and in collaboration with Speech and Language Pathologist; screening students for functional developmental levels in pre-language and language skills and oral motor control; and screening for possible communication challenges that would impact the student's learning.
This job reports to the assigned Administrator.
