FullBloom seeks a dedicated educator to diagnose and address learning, social, and emotional skill gaps in a diverse student body. You will collaborate with school teams and families to deliver SESIs evidence-based learning and behavioral support within smaller class environments.

Responsibilities include individualized lesson plans, behavior management, and maintaining IEPs/BIPs, while tracking student progress toward academic and emotional goals, with a focus on safety and well-being.

Aufgaben

• Work with diverse groups of students from varied developmental, cultural, ethnic, racial, and socioeconomic backgrounds.
• Use SESIs instructional models, strategies, and curricula to teach knowledge and skills, nurture confidence and character, and meet the needs of all students.
• Develop and maintain individualized skill-appropriate lesson plans.
• Implement behavior management and intervention strategies, including de-escalation techniques, crisis management, and physical restraint when necessary to maintain safety.
• Maintain student documents such as IEPs, BIPs, incident reports, and high-risk evaluation forms.
• Drive, record, and track student growth and progress toward academic, social, and emotional goals.
• Supervise and monitor students, including to and from locations within the school
