Job summary

You will develop individualized lesson plans, implement de-escalation and intervention strategies, and maintain documentation such as IEPs and BIPs while guiding students toward academic and emotional goals.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and address learning, social, and emotional skill gaps.
• Collaborate with school teams and families to offer guidance and deliver SESI’s models.
• Develop and maintain individualized skill-appropriate lesson plans.
• Implement behavior management and intervention strategies to ensure safety.
• Maintain student documents (IEPs, BIPs, incident reports).
• Drive, record, and track student growth toward goals.
• Supervise and monitor students within the school.
