Job summary

Precision HR Solutions, a Massachusetts-based firm, seeks licensed Special Education Teachers to join school communities serving ages 5-22 in a Moderate Disabilities classroom. The role features a 3:1 student-to-staff ratio and a full-time schedule from 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM.

Qualified candidates hold MA teaching licensure with Special Education in Moderate Disabilities (Severe Disabilities preferred), SEI endorsement, and experience in special education.

Qualifications

• Valid Massachusetts teaching license with Special Education certification in Moderate Disabilities; Severe Disabilities certification preferred.
• Eligibility to teach in Massachusetts through the DESE.
• Master's degree and SEI endorsement.
• Experience in special education, inclusion, or substantially separate classroom settings.
• Knowledge of Massachusetts special education regulations and IEP development.
• Experience designing and delivering individualized instruction for students with disabilities.
• Ability to work a structured, full-time, Monday-Friday schedule.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized instruction tailored to students' academic, developmental, social-emotional, and behavioral needs.
• Implement instructional strategies and accommodations that support students with diverse learning abilities.
• Promote positive behavior, social skills, emotional regulation, and student independence.
• Adapt curriculum and instructional materials to meet individual learning goals.
• Collaborate with school staff and support personnel to implement effective educational and behavioral strategies.
• Monitor student progress and adjust instruction to support continued growth.
• Maintain a structured, safe, and supportive classroom environment.
