Precision HR Solutions, Inc. is seeking licensed Special Education Teachers to join school communities in Massachusetts for a temporary role. The positions will serve students in 5th and 11th grade with inclusion support and separate instruction as needed.

Qualified candidates hold a Master's degree with SEI endorsement, a valid MA teaching license in Special Education (Moderate Disabilities preferred). DESE eligibility and experience in IEP development are required.

Formación

• Master's degree required.
• SEI endorsement required.
• Eligibility to teach in Massachusetts through the DESE.
• Valid Massachusetts teaching license with Special Education certification in Moderate Disabilities.
• Severe Disabilities certification preferred.
• Experience in special education and inclusive settings.

Responsabilidades

• Provide inclusion support and specialized instruction in general education classrooms serving students with IEPs.
• Deliver separate instruction when necessary to meet individual learning needs.
• Manage Special Education documentation, paperwork, and filing to ensure accurate records and compliance.
• Support teacher professional development related to Special Education practices and student needs.
• Maintain effective communication with parents, students, general education teachers, and school staff.
• Administer student testing and screenings to assess progress and identify needs.
• Help ensure compliance with Massachusetts DESE regulations and Special Education requirements.
• Collaborate with school staff to develop and implement effective support strategies for students with disabilities.
