Job summary

Qualifications

• Title 1 schools: completed two years of college or an associate degree, or equivalent demonstrated through assessment.
• Experience working with children with disabilities or in related settings preferred.
• Bilingual skills relevant to district population preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide instructional and behavioral support under the direction of a certified teacher.
• Prepare instructional materials and assist with assessments.
• Record attendance and complete required paperwork related to student services.
• Support students with classroom activities, routines, and transitions.
• Reinforce behavior plans and supervise students across settings.
