Blue Springs School District seeks a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant to provide occupational therapy services to eligible students under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist.

The COTA assists in implementing individualized treatment plans that support students' educational participation, functional performance, fine motor development, sensory regulation, self-care skills, and access to the curriculum in accordance with IEPs.

Qualifications

• Implement occupational therapy interventions as outlined in student IEPs and therapy plans.
• Monitor student progress and report observations to supervising OT.
• Collaborate with educators and related service providers to support student success.

Responsabilités

• Implements occupational therapy interventions as outlined in student IEPs.
• Provides OT services under supervision of the Occupational Therapist.
• Maintains accurate service logs and treatment documentation.
• Ensures compliance with district policies, IDEA, and FERPA.
