Specialized Education Services, Inc. (SESI), a division of FullBloom, hires SPED teachers to support K-12 students with specialized needs. You will deliver tailored instruction, use data to inform plans, and collaborate with school teams and families to drive outcomes.

SESI emphasizes smaller class sizes, PBIS-based instructional models, and ongoing professional development. A strong candidate demonstrates flexibility, commitment to learning, and a passion for helping diverse learners shine.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required; teaching certification preferred.
• Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and implementing feedback.
• Ability to adapt and stay flexible in a dynamic educational environment.

Responsabilidades

• Work with a diverse group of students from varied backgrounds.
• Teach knowledge and skills, nurture confidence and character, provide individualized attention.
• Use assessment data to adjust short- and long-term instructional plans.
• Develop and maintain lesson plans suited to students’ needs.
• Collaborate with teammates to foster critical thinking and academic rigor.
• Apply behavior support and intervention strategies.
• Ensure safety through de-escalation, crisis management, and appropriate restraints when necessary.
• Track student growth and maintain required records and forms.
