Job summary

Special Education Instructional Assistant (PALS) at Eagle Rock Elementary in EPSD9 supports students with diverse needs through personalized and structured assistance. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• CPR/First Aid and CPI certifications required.
• Two years of college credit or an associate degree or ability to pass district assessment in reading, writing and math.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized supports and services per students' IEPs.
• Provide academic, behavioral, and functional support; assist with personal care needs.
• Maintain accurate documentation and communicate with the classroom team.
