Job summary

International Leadership of Texas is seeking certified teachers for the 2026-2027 school year across our Texas campuses. Teachers will deliver instruction in assigned core subjects and support students' academic, social, and emotional growth.

Compensation starts at $69,000, plus a $10,000 SPED stipend and a $3,000 late hire bonus. A valid Texas teaching certificate with Core Content endorsements is preferred; experience with ARD/IEP goals and behavior management is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from accredited university.
• Valid Texas teaching certificate with Core Content endorsements, preferred.
• Demonstrated competency in the grade-levels assigned and corresponding academic subjects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement lesson plans aligned to district curriculum.
• Plan instruction and use strategies tailored to learning styles.
• Assess student learning styles and behavior to inform activities.
• Prepare ARD/IEP documents and participate in ARD meetings.
• Collaborate with general education teachers to modify curricula for special education students.
• Provide oversight of self-help skills and supervise aides.
• Maintain required district documentation and Medicaid billing records.
• Establish professional relations with parents and staff.
