Job summary

Charter Schools USA (CSUSA) is hiring a SPED Teacher's Aide to support the SPED classroom teacher and help create a positive learning environment for students with disabilities. You will assist with daily activities, supervision, and materials preparation in a dynamic school setting.

Responsibilities include working with students individually or in small groups, supervising playgrounds, performing clerical tasks, and attending required trainings.

Qualifications

• High School degree or GED; successful background check.
• Fluent English; experience with children, preferably in education.
• Ability to work with students with disabilities and adapt to individual needs.

Responsibilities

• Assist the SPED teacher in daily classroom activities and program implementation.
• Prepare learning environments, materials, and supplies for students' daily activities.
• Work with students individually or in small groups to reinforce instruction.
• Supervise outside playground activities and oversee student safety.
• Perform clerical tasks and support staff as needed.
• Attend staff meetings and training programs as required by the district.
