Job summary

The Wilson County School System is seeking a SPED Case Manager / Inclusion Teacher to provide specialized academic and physical training to students with special needs, and to support inclusive learning environments.

The role requires Tennessee teaching licensure with proper endorsement, strong communication, and ability to conduct IEP meetings, monitor progress, and collaborate with families and staff. Eligible for a $3000 signing bonus.

Qualifications

• Holds a valid Tennessee teacher's license with endorsement and meets health and physical requirements.
• Strong written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Plans curriculum and prepares lessons tailored to individual student needs.
• Conducts IEP meetings and develops appropriate IEPs.
• Provides specialized academic and physical training for students with special needs.
• Maintains student records and progress monitoring.
• Administers assessments and tracks student progress.
