International Leadership of Texas is seeking Certified SPED Teachers for the 2026-2027 school year in Grand Prairie, TX. The role starts at $67,000 per year with a $10,000 SPED hiring incentive and a $3,000 Late Hire Bonus.

You will develop or adapt curricula, plan lessons to meet individual IEP goals, collaborate with ARD committees, and support students with diverse needs in self-contained or itinerant settings. A Texas SPED certificate is required.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree from accredited university.
• Valid Texas teaching certificate with SPED endorsements for assignments.
• Knowledge of ARD Committee process and IEP goal setting and implementation.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with students, parents, and other staff to develop IEP through the ARD process for each student.
• Implement instructional, therapeutic, or skill development programs for assigned students with written preparation.
• Assess student learning styles and tailor instruction; use varied methods and materials to fit needs.
• Present subject matter per IEP guidelines and employ diverse instructional techniques and media.
• Work with teachers to modify curricula and support SPED students in regular classes.
• Participate in ARD meetings and in selection of instructional materials.
• Contribute to ongoing assessment of student achievement and student growth.
