Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university.
• Valid Texas Teacher certification with special education endorsement.

Responsibilities

• Develop IEPs tailored to each student’s needs.
• Implement specialized instructional strategies to support learning.
• Collaborate with parents, teachers, and professionals to foster a supportive environment.
• Provide coaching and instructional support to SPED staff.
• Deliver professional learning opportunities for SPED staff at district and campus levels.
• Monitor coaching outcomes and use data to refine practice.
• Attend ARD meetings as needed to advocate for students.
