Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing the daily program under the direction of the SPED teacher.
• Assist in planning and preparing the learning environment, setting up centers and materials.
• Work individually or in small groups with students to review instruction or assist answering questions.
• Supervise outside playground activities and assist with general housekeeping tasks.
• Attend staff meetings and recommended trainings and conferences.
• Operate and care for instructional equipment and perform other duties as assigned by the Principal.
• Treat all children with dignity and respect.
